RETURN POLICY
Unless otherwise stated all items come with a 30 day warranty.
How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email service@vrassets.us to obtain an RMA#.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
All shipments without valid RMA# and postage paid will be refused and returned back to customer at their expense.
Return Exceptions
Non-returnable items:

* Printer cartridges

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If the item was advertised with “free shipping” we reserve the right to subtract actual shipping cost from your refund.

Please be sure to include your order# and contact phone# along with your payment. All returned checks are subject to $35 fee.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Turnaround
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours period Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm. In some rare cases it may take up to 3 business days to ship out an order.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to update the tracking information on the carriers’ websites.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
PRIVACY
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
